A character reference is required for a model, this must at least include a full body illustration of the character, with any extra outfits or hair styles required for the project. Descriptions of personality are very helpful!
There is the option to commission me for a character design/reference if none is provided.Included in base price: High Quality Live2D specified model PSD+PNG, semi-realistic rendered, Asymmetrical default pose, cut for rigging with references for head angles, body angles and mouth shapes included, 4000px width max image size.
Anytime request for fixes or extra cutting from rigger, lifetime guarantee.I will send sketches and body pose ideas to the client, any major change requests need to be completed during this process. After the sketch phase is over, only minor changes can be requested.There will be an extra fee for major change requests past the sketch phase.

Vtuber Rigging

This is to insure that the transition between PSD to live2D will be a smooth one.Included in base price: Fully rigged model completed for Vtube studio, the files will be provided via a google drive folder, including a zip for VTube Studio and a doc listing all of the toggle hotkeys.Motion included:

General Info

During discussion of a commission request, the client and I can negotiate a timeline for completion, required materials and process going forward.After initial payment, I will send progress updates minimum once per week for feedback from the client. The quicker the response I receive, the quicker I am able to continue working on the commission.In the unlikely event I need to, I can refuse or cancel a commission with an adequate refund to the work completed.If a client is using or posting my work publicly, they are required to credit me in the relevant social media bio.I am happy to work closely with my client on our project together! I have no problem with messages or calls if requested to discuss any details of current or future work. Please discuss a time with me before a call is made.It is important that I am told if a client prefers me not to post or stream work in progress content of the commission. Regardless, I will not post full completed work until we decide on a time to do so.I retain the rights to be able to show any of the completed work, this includes publishing the work on any of the social medias I have or adding it to my portfolio.
This right can be revoked but only under negotiationThe client is not allowed, in any conditions, to use any part of the commissioned work for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency. This includes AI databases as well.

Payment

- Paypal invoices only
- For larger commissions (500$USD+) I accept 50% payment upfront, remaining 50% upon completion
- Payment plans are possible by negotiation

Refunds

- No chargebacks allowed.
- A refund can be requested if I haven't started working on the commission.
- Partial refunds can be received if I have started the commission, which will be proportional to the progression done.
- No refunds available after I have completed the commission.
